The Green House Two is close enough to the beach to listen to the waves and is the lower unit of The Green House. It has two bedrooms , two bathrooms and a private fenced yard. There is an all tiled living and dining area. There is a large bedroom with a king bed and trundle bed, private bathroom combo laundry room and it's own private entrance.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and has it's own entrance to a bathroom. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa and a loveseat sleeper sofa.
There is a Cable TV with DVD player and CD player in the Living room, and also cable TV in the bedrooms. The linens and towels are all provided. This home has a charming old world tled fully equipped kitchen everything you need to feed your family.
There is wireless network for internet access so you can connect your laptop wireless system. This house is a two unit house with lots of insulation for sound. This home is perfect for a quiet weekend for two, or a family group. The house sleeps up to 8. The Green House is next door to The Blue House.
The beach, a beach access road and trolley stop are just around the corner. Close to all of Port Aransas amenities and the miles of beautiful beaches. Walking distance to the beach, just around the corner from Sandcastle Drive on 11th Street, next to Banyan Beach Drive. The town, restaurants and all the fun activities are close by too. Lounge on the deck furniture and enjoy the balmy breezes and sounds of the sea. This Beach house is your best location for the yearly SandFest. The festival is located around the corner off of Sandcastle Drive on the beach. Great area for Winter Texans and Snowbirds. The Blue house, Green house and Green House Two are located together on a half acre lot. They can be rented separately or all together for a large group or family reunion of up to 28 guests.

Well-behaved pets will be allowed. Arrangements for boat parking can be made by request. Members of the Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce. There is a 30 Day Cancellation Policy.

Area Information

The fishing is the best and all anglers agree that it is the "fishing capital of Texas," There are many experienced guides and charters, or bring your own boat and launch into in one of the marinas. Fish from the jetties or surf-fish on the beach. There are four lighted piers to fish from day or night. You can take your fresh catch to many local restaurants and have them cooked any way you like.

The area beaches and inland waterways offer some of the best water sport recreation such as swimming, surfing, wind surfing, parasailing, kayaking, shelling, jet skiing, fishing, and more. Other fun activities include horseback riding, flying, bird watching with great bird watching trails. Stroll on the beach for the perfect sunrise or take a moonlit walk with a sparking path of waves to the moon.

The new Arnold Palmer Golf Course at the Newport Dunes Golf has just been named in January's Golf digest as one of the top 10 courses, www.newportdunesgolf.com and for the little ones there is a putt putt golf course, located at one of the new popular restaurants.

Enjoy the many tournaments, festivals and events scheduled nearly every weekend throughout the year. In April Sand Sculptors from around the world compete in Port Aransas “SandFest” festival. The Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce www.portaransas.org has a great online site to find out everything you need to know about why Port Aransas is the perfect spot for a large family vacation or a romantic get away.
